The dahlia called Terracotta that we grow is a peony dahlia, not the semi cactus dahlia with the same name.  Many avoid growing peony type dahlias, however peony dahlias are dynamite bouquet fillers. Gorgeous deep terracotta color. Growth height is 2′.
